4. Important Disclaimer

   Veepals does not control or influence user behavior resulting from engagement services.

   We do not guarantee that engagement (likes, followers, views, etc.) will result in specific business or personal outcomes.

   We do not guarantee that social media accounts will not experience changes, drops, bans, or suspensions resulting from platform policy updates or algorithm changes.

   Users are fully responsible for their social media account activity, behavior, and compliance with each platform’s terms of service.

5. Service Delivery & Limitations

   1. Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates, not guarantees.
   2. Once a service order is placed and processed, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded unless Veepals fails to deliver as per its service description.
   3. Veepals is not responsible for any drops, delays, or discrepancies caused by social media platforms or external providers.

6. Refund Policy

   Refunds are issued only when:

   • A service is not delivered within the stated time frame and
   • The failure is caused by Veepals directly, not by external factors or user actions.

   Refunds will not be granted for:

   • Accidental or duplicate orders placed by the user.

7. User Responsibilities

   By using Veepals, you agree that:
